Edgewood takes special pleasure in providing superior quality and service in hosting members' banquet events.

The following are basic guidelines for booking your meeting, seminar or social function:

• Please call 304-343-5557 for all function arrangements. Whenever the function is to be attended by more than eight persons, the sponsor must complete in advance a form prescribed by the Board of Governors. Arrangements for use of the Club’s facilities for private functions must be made with the Events Coordinator in advance.

• All functions require the sponsorship of a member in good standing at Edgewood Country Club. Members may sponsor a non-member for a function. Sponsoring a non-member is very similar to being a co-signer on a loan. The Member is billed and responsible for all charges associated with the event. All events must have a sponsor and signed function agreement. The member must contact the Club personally to make arrangements.

• Menu/Banquet Packets are available and contain specific menus, pricing and policies for hosting functions at the Club.
