Ballroom

This elegant room is our most classic and beautifully distinct venue. It provides ample space for all your dining & dancing needs. Seating is available for up to 180 people.

Board Room

The ideal location for business meetings & small luncheons. Seating is available for up to 30 people.

  

Clay Room

For more intimate gatherings, the Clay Room can accommodate seating for up to 20 people.

  

Terrace

The outdoor terrace will provide your guests a stunning view of the rolling West Virginia hills. It is the perfect backdrop for any occasion. Seating is available for up to 150 people.

Edgewood Room

For elegance at its best invite your guests to celebrate in this picture perfect setting. Seating is available for up to 54 people.

South View Room

Your guests will enjoy the most stunning mountaintop vista view in Charleston from the cozy comfort of this room. This room can also be used in conjunction with the Ballroom when the size of the function exceedes 150 people. Seating is available for up to 50 people.

Member's Lounge

Not available for private functions unless its use is approved by the Board and meets the fee minimum.

Athletic facilities may not be reserved for exclusive use. A member is not permitted to have more than seven guests at an athletic facility at the same time, unless given prior approval by the Board of Governors.

      As your guests arrive, greet them in style with a complete reception package. This is a prime opportunity for people to get acquainted and relax while your coordinators are checking guests in and waiting for late arrivals.

      Would you like to serve or offer alcohol at your event? We can arrange for either a cash bar, with your guests purchasing their drinks or a hosted bar, with the sponsor offering a selection of beverages. We also offer an extensive wine list.





      WOW them with your superb taste! Start the meal with our delectable Appetizers and Salads. Follow that with our wide variety of superior lunch and dinner options, artfully served as either a plated presentation or an elegant buffet.

      And no dining event is complete without the icing on the cake, one (or more!) of our fabulous Desserts.

      A Beautiful Beginning at Edgewood Country Club.

      From the first pop of a champagne cork to the final farewells, every detail of your wedding is in expert hands at Edgewood Country Club. Relying on experience, training, tradition and old-fashioned intuition, our Events Team can help you determine an overall vision for your wedding and help you execute each detail. That includes setting an event budget; deciding on a menu; arranging table settings; and finding florists, photographers, a band and other entertainment for the big day!

      Edgewood takes special pleasure in providing superior quality and service in hosting members' banquet events.

      The following are basic guidelines for booking your meeting, seminar or social function:

      • Please call 304-343-5557 for all function arrangements. Whenever the function is to be attended by more than eight persons, the sponsor must complete in advance a form prescribed by the Board of Governors. Arrangements for use of the Club’s facilities for private functions must be made with the Events Coordinator in advance.

      • All functions require the sponsorship of a member in good standing at Edgewood Country Club. Members may sponsor a non-member for a function. Sponsoring a non-member is very similar to being a co-signer on a loan. The Member is billed and responsible for all charges associated with the event. All events must have a sponsor and signed function agreement. The member must contact the Club personally to make arrangements.

      • Menu/Banquet Packets are available and contain specific menus, pricing and policies for hosting functions at the Club.
